Michael Foutz, MD
Dr. Michael Foutz graduated with honors from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science in Zoology-Molecular Biology and a minor in Chemistry. He earned his M.D. at University of Utah and completed his internship and residency at Family Practice Residency of Idaho in Boise. Dr. Foutz's professional experience includes:

Molly Armijo, MD
Dr. Molly Armijo is a board-certified family physician. She is a native of Bozeman, Montana, and graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1991. After serving in the Navy for seven years, she decided to follow her dream of becoming a doctor. She earned her medical degree from the University of Washington and completed residency training at the Family Medicine Residency of Idaho, where she was chief resident.
Dr. Armijo is committed to treating the whole family with understanding and compassion.
Jordan Finnegan, PA-C
As a certified Physician Assistant with an emphasis on primary care, Jordan brings her passion for providing the best possible care to patients and their families in Southwest Idaho. Jordan studied medicine at Salus University in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania. She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
Jordan prides herself in the ability to provide continuity of care while building long-lasting relationships. As a practitioner, she believes in doing everything possible to provide patients with every resource necessary to optimize their individual health needs.
Traci Permenter, PA-C
Traci Permenter, PA-C is a certified physician assistant specializing in family medicine and is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Traci received her Bachelor of Science in Advanced Nutritional Sciences from the University of Texas at Austin, and went on to receive her Master of Health Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Oklahoma – Tulsa College of Community Medicine.
Traci pursued a career in family medicine because she loves the challenge it provides to stay relevant in a broad range of topics. She finds great fulfillment in using her knowledge and skills to aid patients in whatever challenge they are facing, and she firmly believes that everyone deserves to receive the best and most comprehensive care.
She loves living in Boise because of its close proximity to nature, and enjoys working in a smaller town like Kuna where she can really get to know and spend time with patients. In her spare time, Traci enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her husband and 2 dogs.
